一、產(chǎn)品介紹（Product introduction）

西塔環(huán)填料作為實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)用較廣的填料，屬于金屬材質(zhì)，也是一種小顆粒填料，用金屬板材制成，填料的直徑與高度相等。

西塔環(huán)由許多沖有小孔的薄的不銹鋼金屬片卷成，但沖孔不去掉金屬，而使其突出，成為粗糙的表面，有利于液體在填料表面的潤(rùn)濕。

Theta rings are made of many thin stainless steel sheets with small holes, but the punches do not remove the metal, but make it protrude, becoming a rough surface, which is conducive to the wetting of the liquid on the surface of the filler.

二、產(chǎn)品用途（Product Usage）

壓延孔環(huán)填料主要用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室及小批量、高純度產(chǎn)品的分離過(guò)程，它不像金屬絲網(wǎng)式螺旋圈填料在精餾前必須多次液泛使其潤(rùn)濕，實(shí)驗(yàn)填料。

Calendered pore ring filler is mainly used in the separation process of laboratories and small batches, high-purity products, it is not like the wire mesh spiral ring filler must be wet with liquid multiple times before distillation, and its strength is greater than other experimental fillers.

三、適用范圍（Scope of application）

是一種用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室的填料，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度比較大，理論塔板數(shù)較高。

特別適用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室小試、中試精餾塔的實(shí)驗(yàn)，以及大型工業(yè)塔的混裝填料，因此具有很高的傳質(zhì)性能，屬于填料塔填料之一。
